Membership and Registration Policy
All memberships, registrations, subscriptions, and participation fees processed through the Council of Forensic Science Professionals (CFSP) are considered final once payment has been successfully completed. By registering through our platform, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
CFSP follows a strict no-refund policy for all membership fees, event registrations, workshops, seminars, webinars, training sessions, certification programs, and other professional services. Once a payment has been processed successfully, refunds, cancellations, or reversals will not be issued under normal circumstances.
Event Registration
Registrations for forensic science conferences, laboratory workshops, technical sessions, webinars, and professional discussions are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration amount will not be refunded or transferred unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Membership Cancellation
Members may choose to discontinue or not renew their membership at any time. However, cancellation or discontinuation during an active membership period will not entitle the member to any refund of previously paid fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
In situations involving duplicate transactions, payment gateway errors, or technical processing issues, CFSP may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution after verification. Any decision regarding adjustments or corrections will remain at the sole discretion of CFSP.
Event Changes or Rescheduling
CFSP reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel events, workshops, webinars, or professional activities due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Participants may be informed regarding revised schedules or alternative arrangements where applicable.
Payment Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all membership details, event information, registration requirements, and payment amounts carefully before completing any transaction through the website.
